KNOW YOUR FOAM ROLLER

What to consider when choosing a foam roller

What is the EPP material in a foam roller?
EPP stands for expanded polypropylene. FASC uses EPP for everyday self-massage and muscle relaxation. Clean it with a soft damp cloth and avoid high heat and corrosive cleaners.
How do you control pressure with a medium-density foam roller?
FASC’s medium density provides support; body position and support from your hands and feet determine the pressure. Start by sharing your weight and rolling slowly over a small area. Do not aim for pain.
How can a 35 × 14 cm hollow foam roller fit into daily use?
FASC is 35 cm long with a 14 cm outer diameter and a hollow core, for use at home or at the gym. Choose a stable, non-slip surface, follow the upper-back, thigh or calf steps, and adjust to your own range of movement.
